How frequently do you meet with clients?

I meet with clients weekly, or at times, bi-weekly.

What if I need to reschedule?

I request that you provide 48 hours notice if you need to rechedule a session, otherwise you will be responsible for the fee. Please reach out by phone or email to reschedule.

Do you meet in person, or virtually?

My clients and I meet virtually using Google Meet.

Is therapy right for me?

Seeking therapy does not require that you have a “problem”. Truly, searching for therapeutic support means you are considering-if not ready-to learn more about yourself, your environment and your point-of-view. Together we can explore further, set goals, find healing and give you peace of mind.

Do you accept insurance?

I am considered an out-of-network provider. You may be eligible for reimbursement for out-of-network services through your PPO insurance plan. I will provide you with a monthly statement (superbill) with all the necessary information your insurance company will need to reimburse you

I provide free phone consultation and reserve a certain number of sliding scale openings when possible to serve clients based on their unique financial circumstances.
